Shipping & Delivery Policy – Sunglers

1. Supply Chain

At Sunglers, we work with verified manufacturers in Europe and Asia to offer premium sports eyewear of high quality. Orders shipped to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are dispatched from our international logistics centers and delivered by local carriers such as CTT Express, Correos Express, SEUR, DHL, Royal Mail, USPS, UPS, Canada Post, Australia Post, or similar services, depending on the destination country and area, including islands.

2. Order Processing

Processing time may take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated total delivery times from the date of purchase:

Spain and the European Union: 4–10 business days.
United Kingdom: 5–12 business days.
United States and Canada: 7–16 business days.
Australia and New Zealand: 7–16 business days.

Islands and remote regions may require additional time. Delivery times do not include weekends or local public holidays. Events such as strikes, severe weather conditions, or periods of exceptionally high demand may extend these timeframes in rare cases.

4. Order Tracking

Your tracking link is sent automatically once the package leaves the warehouse and is usually activated within 24–48 hours. You can also check your order status at any time through your account or in the “Track My Order” section on our website.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the shipping progress and notifying us of any irregularities.

5. Accuracy of the Delivery Address

It is essential to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded with any incurred logistics costs deducted, even if the original order qualified for a free shipping promotion.

6. Failed Deliveries and Collection

In the event of a failed delivery, most carriers will leave the package at a collection point for 7–10 calendar days. If it is not collected within that period, the package will be returned to the sender and the reshipping fees described in the previous section will apply.

7. Customs, VAT, and Taxes

The prices shown in our store already include the applicable VAT for orders within the European Union under the IOSS scheme and the United Kingdom.

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, the prices shown at checkout do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authorities. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local regulations.

If your order incurs any unexpected additional charges within the EU or the UK, please contact us with your order number and proof of payment. In most cases, Sunglers will cover or reimburse these costs to ensure that you never pay more than the amount shown at checkout.

8. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages if they include items stored in different warehouses. In that case, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

9. Delays or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 calendar days after shipment, you may choose between:

A free reshipment, or
A full refund to your original payment method.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights within the EU and the United Kingdom, as well as the applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
